UTS Staff Giving Program
UTS staff can help disadvantaged students
UTS invites staff to help support scholarships for students in need by making a regular tax deductible donation.
Your donation will help UTS support talented students who are struggling to complete their studies due to financial hardship.
By supporting the UTS Staff Giving Program, you receive your tax deduction for your donation each pay, rather than having to wait until the end of the tax year. When UTS calculates the amount of tax to be withheld from your salary for a pay period, the donation amount is deducted from your gross salary before referring to the appropriate tax table.
At the end of each tax year, UTS will provide you with confirmation of your donations to UTS. You will also be invited to a special thank you event hosted by the Vice-Chancellor each year, at which you will meet students who have benefited from your contribution.
