Geoff Lloyd is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Perpetual Limited, one of Australia's largest independent and best performing wealth management groups. Founded in Sydney in 1886, Perpetual continues to help generations of Australians invest and manage their wealth.

Today Perpetual manages investment funds of close to $22.6 billion, administers over $205 billion of client funds, and advises clients on over $8 billion of investments (as at 30 June 2012). Perpetual provides quality investment products, financial advice, philanthropic and corporate services to individuals, families, financial advisers and organisations.
Geoff joined Perpetual as Group Executive of Private Wealth and took on the additional responsibility of Head of Retail Distribution, before his appointment as CEO. Mr Lloyd was previously General Manager, Advice and Private Banking at BT Financial Group (BTFG) following the merger with St George's Wealth Management business.
Prior to the merger, he led St George's entire wealth management portfolio and was a member of the St George Bank Group Executive reporting to the CEO. He held many senior positions at BTFG, including Chief Legal Counsel and Head of the Customer and Business Services Division.
Geoff is an Advisory Board Committee Member of the Financial Services Council, an Advisory Board member of The Big Issue and the Ambassador of the Financial Industry Community Aid Program.
