What if a copy of my record can't be found?
If your record cannot be found on the UTS database we will request a copy of your testamur or transcript. A manual search of UTS files will then take place and every endeavour will be undertaken to locate your records. In the unlikely event that it is not possible to locate and verify your records we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a certificate of recognition or offer you the UTS alumni community benefits.
Why can't I get a copy of my testamur if I attended a prior institution?
As your qualification was not achieved while studying at UTS, we are unfortunately not permitted to issue a testamur or transcript from or on behalf of a prior institution.
Why am I being charged for the commemorative certificate of recognition?
The minimal fee of $20 fee is charged to cover printing and postage.
