Leading for High Performance

Leading in business, government and the community is assisted by gaining personal insights about your leadership talents, style and capabilities. When did you last take the time to reflect on your own leadership practice?

This three-hour session focuses on you as a leader and asks you to identify your strengths and development areas. You will be asked to:

  • Reflect on your leadership style and what this means for you and others
  • Assess your career priorities and think about what actions you need to take to achieve your goals
  • Consider your key people management challenges and opportunities and how to best approach these

If you would like to attend, please RSVP by Wednesday 20 April by emailing Benny Toolseram or Shanker Joyrama with the following details:

  • Full name as per Identity Card
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Degree at UTS
  • Year graduated from UTS

The seminar is one of many events for UTS alumni held in Australia, and around the world. Make sure we have your up-to-date details, so we can keep you informed about events near you.

Events are complimentary for alumni and friends of UTS, but we invite you to consider making a voluntary contribution to the UTS Alumni Scholarship Fund, to help talented UTS students achieve their potential, regardless of financial, social or other disadvantages.
