UTS Law 40th Anniversary Celebration

Join us at a signature event to help mark UTS Law’s 40th anniversary!

Since the enrolment of its first students in 1977, the Faculty of Law has been at the forefront, providing a practical and dynamic approach to legal education, and research that promotes justice and respect for the rule of law.

We have much to celebrate. This includes the role alumni, current and former staff, and friends of the Faculty have played shaping our achievements and identity as a law school.

Come for an inspiring and festive evening. UTS Chancellor Catherine Livingstone AO will be in conversation with Professor Lesley Hitchens, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, on the future of the work of the Faculty. Whether it's reminiscing with familiar faces or making new connections, our anniversary celebration will bring together fellow champions of UTS Law. Discover the exciting initiatives on the Faculty's horizons.

Special guests confirmed to attend include former Dean, Emeritus Professor David Barker AM, and MC for the evening, UTS Law alumna, barrister and former ABC presenter, Angela Pearman.
